Here's an insert that has spaces for the amount, the URL to the model page, and a QR code to the model page. If you use this, be sure to update the links and QR code for the whistle you are using: WhistleProjectInsert.doc

• Reuse what you can! The smaller Amazon boxes and padded mailers are great for shipments of a couple hundred
• Save brown void fill paper from misc packages and reuse it to help fill any voids in your box!
• You can use ziploc bags to group whistles to reduce jostling in the boxes/envelopes you use, e.g. snack size can fit 50 bitonal, quart size can fit 250 bitonal.
• 150 modified 38mm bitonal micro whistles fits snuggly in a 6x4x2 box
• 200 bitonal micro whistles is the max that fits in a 6×9 padded envelope
• 500 bitonal micro whistles fits in a 8x6x4 box or in a standard 1kg filament box.
• 2000 bitonal micro whistles (divided into in 8 quart sized bags) fit in a 12x9x6 box perfectly
