Most 3D Printing volunteers don't include lanyards, key rings, or other hardware. They just ship whistles. This is because this additional hardware //will// increase shipping cost, not to mention the added time-cost of you assembling the hardware or kits.

==== Why Breakaway Clips ====
In case a lanyard gets caught on something or pulled, you don't want to injure the person wearing the whistle. These clips are designed to hold the lanyard together under the light weight-load of a whistle, but will pull apart when subjected to more severe forces, releasing the whistle and string without pulling the person wearing it.
